Our responsibility starts the moment you hire us and carries through well after the session is over and your photos are sent. We use best-in-class technology to ensure that no matter what life throws at you, your memories will always be preserved.
Here’s what you get with any of our photo packages:
- Around-the-clock backups of all digital negatives and processed photos for 5 years
- Encryption of data both at rest and in transit between our private cloud and offices
- Use of data centers in US East for all data (including backups) with 99.9% uptime
While 1 year of data retention is included with any project, you have the option to extend storage to 5 years for an additional fee.

- No charge online or in-person consultations
- No charge one hour travel radius from Montgomery or Allegheny counties for your photo session
- Paper and canvas prints of your photos
- Order tracking on our website
- Expedited shipping on all print orders available
- 10% discount on print items if ordered within 45 days of your session date
- 10% discount in our merch shop for existing clients
- Beautiful, mobile-optimized digital photo galleries with unlimited digital downloads via our client portal
- In-house paper reprints of any photo in your albums (up to 16”x20”)
- Offline photo archive snapshots available upon request for all digital photos in your gallery, up to 2 TB (one-time charge applies)
