PROTECTING YOUR MEMORIES
We protect your data against a wide variety of incidents - like accidental deletion, ransomware, and other nefarious threats - by using a multi-layered approach to security:
- Automated backup strategy that utilizes storage on-site and in the cloud
- Encryption of all data at rest, including backups, using AES-256 encryption
- All off-site data is stored in US data centers
- Data retention for all client images for 5 years, with the option to extend to 10 years

In addition to protecting your cherished photos, all of our clients' sensitive personal information is handled in compliance with the following privacy regulations:

- American Data Privacy and Protection Act (ADPPA)

Mulberry Photo Werx will never sell your personal data to third-party marketing services - period. Your personal identifiable information, like your email address, phone number, or home address will never be shared outside our staff except to comply with local laws or for other legal reasons.
